And you thought you had seen Ashura mad before?

Normally each of the chaos hedgehogs wear golden rings under their gloves and socks. Two on each wrist and two on each ankle. These rings restrict and allow the hedgehogs to control and regulate the chaos power inside them easier. As each of the eight rings is removed the amount of energy they can use increases but the amount of control decreases.

Ashura is really pissed at Dark Metal Sonic after it nearly killed his brother. To show DMS what its up against Ashura has removed one of the rings, allowing the chaos in his body to erupt out.
